As the operator of a travelling drinking establishment (e.g. a tap truck, a mobile cocktail bar, a bar-boat...), you need a liquor licence to serve alcohol for consumption on the premises. This includes fermented drinks (e.g. beer, wine, sparkling wine...) and spirits (e.g. gin, cognac, cocktails...).
