When operating a stall on private property, it is an itinerant activity if no establishment unit is registered in the CBE at that address and if the stall borders the public road or is placed in a commercial car park. Such itinerant activity on private property requires permission from the municipality. In other cases, there is a registered point of sale and no itinerant activity, so no permission from the municipality is required.
