Following data should be attached as a copy to the application:
identity card
authorisation (fairground activities as employer or itinerant activities as employer...)
insurance policies regarding;
- civil liability (BA)
fire risks
inspection certificates issued by a recognised body:
- fire extinguishers present in the attraction
electrical facilities
gas installation
Depending on the attraction, the following data can be added as a copy:
proof that the fairground gastronomy establishment with or without table service and the persons working there meet the regulatory conditions on public health.
food inspection certificate
depending on the type of establishment:
- three or ten annual inspections
annual maintenance inspection

The stand fee is calculated as follows:
- basic amount (EUR 150)/unit price (EUR 30/lm) to be linked to the consumer price index
- EUR 110 for grid connection and consumption
- EUR 250 as a guarantee against any damage that may be caused to the public domain by the setting up or driving up and down of the stand during the fair.
