What do you need?
- proof of identity: eID or, for non-residents and foreign nationals, an identity document that replaces it
- a copy of the authorisation to pursue an itinerant activity
- the company number
- the type of products and/or services offered for sale
- proof of insurance: proof that the pursuit of the itinerant activity in question is properly covered by insurance policies covering civil liability and fire risks
- recognition or authorisation from the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC): proof that the regulatory conditions for public health are met when food is sold.
