The oft-praised fine arts painter Anto Diez (1914-1992) — Bredene’s fist honorary citizen — donated a unique collection of paintings to the town that is on permanent display at Ryckewaertshof.
Anto Diez’s works feature bold shapes, deep expressiveness, sharp honesty and a welcome level of openness.
Anto Diez’s works can be admired:
- Mon to Fri: 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
- Weekends: only open between 14:30 - 17:00 if an exhibition is on
